1. Booking and Reservations
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2 A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment or a deposit (as specified for the tour).
1.3 All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and may change without notice, except for confirmed bookings.
1.4 EXODUS CULTURAL & ECO ADVENTURES reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.
2. Payments
2.1 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods approved by EXODUS CULTURAL & ECO ADVENTURES.
2.2 Full payment deadlines must be adhered to; failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking.
2.3 Any bank charges or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
2.4 All payments must be made in USD.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
3.2 Refunds are processed according to the following policy:
Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: 75% refund
Cancellation between 30 and 59 days before departure: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: No refund
3.3 EXODUS CULTURAL & ECO ADVENTURES reserves the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest, natural disasters). In such cases, we will offer alternatives or a full refund.
4. Changes to Itinerary
4.1 Itineraries provided on our website or in booking confirmations are indicative and may be adjusted due to local conditions, weather, or logistical reasons.
4.2 EXODUS CULTURAL & ECO ADVENTURES will make every effort to adhere to the published itinerary.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1 Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other personal risks.
5.2 EXODUS CULTURAL & ECO ADVENTURES is not responsible for any loss, injury, or illness during travel.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation in tours.
6.2 EXODUS CULTURAL & ECO ADVENTURES reserves the right to refuse participation if a client’s health or behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.
7. Liability
7.1 EXODUS CULTURAL & ECO ADVENTURES acts only as an agent for suppliers (hotels, transport providers, guides, etc.) and cannot be held liable for loss, injury, or damage caused by them.
7.2 Clients participate in tours at their own risk.
8. Personal Conduct
8.1 Clients must respect local customs, laws, and the environment.
8.2 EXODUS CULTURAL & ECO ADVENTURES reserves the right to remove a client from a tour for behavior deemed inappropriate, illegal, or dangerous.
9. Photography and Media
9.1 EXODUS CULTURAL & ECO ADVENTURES may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
9.2 Clients who do not wish to be photographed must notify us in advance.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the EXODUS CULTURAL & ECO ADVENTURES website is protected by copyright.
10.2 No part of this website may be reproduced without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country, e.g., Uganda].
11.2 Any disputes arising from bookings or use of the website will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts.
